DNS Lookup
The time it takes the browser to resolve the domain name to an IP address, before it can connect to the site.
TCP Handshake
The time it takes to establish a network connection between our server and the site's hosting, before the request is sent.
SSL Handshake
The time it takes to negotiate an encrypted HTTPS connection — exchanging certificates and security keys.
Wait (TTFB)
The time from sending the request to receiving the first byte of the response — shows how fast the server processes the request.
Data transfer
The time it takes for the page's content to be fully downloaded, after the first byte is received.
